Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu - may all beings, everywhere, be happy and free.

For Episode XXXI, we’re coming together around a mantra of compassion, connection and collective freedom. A reminder that our practice doesn’t end at the edge of the mat.

Expect 75 minutes of dynamic vinyasa, followed by yin and a sound bath, at the Crypt on the Green in Farringdon. As always, all proceeds from the event will be donated to charity, this time supporting Médecins Sans Frontières, whose teams provide emergency medical care to people affected by conflict, disasters and displacement around the world.

Move, breathe, rest, and practise for something bigger than ourselves.
